After Exeter take the A380.  Pick up the B3192 to Teignmouth.  1.5 miles after the "Welcome to Teignmouth" sign (ignore the Higher Holcombe Farm B&B sign above it) take first turning on left after the cemetery into New Road.  Proceed along this road and take the fifth turning on the left into Higher Woodway Road.  Proceed up this road and take the first turning on the right into Higher Holcombe Road.  

Follow the road round to the left, after 2 turnings on the right i.e. Higher Holcombe Close and Higher Holcombe Drive the entrance to Higher Holcombe Farm Cottages is on the right (you will see a sign in the big green hedge).  Follow the track down into the valley and drive down to the cottages on your right where we will meet you.  If you have any problems trying to find us, please do not hesitate to give us a call and we will direct you - tel 01626 779688.
